I think craigslist interactions present really interesting ways for artists to understand the social and emotional nature of the iternet. Is it just a place for bigotry and misinformation? That seems too limited of a viewpoint. Does this make you think of anything interesting?

Is the author paranoid about images? I don't think so. I liked the point of bringing up Migrant Mother by Dorothea Lange, because that is one of the first examples students shown to teach students about what documentary photography is. Usually never highlighting the facts that these images were paid for by the federal government in order to elicit an emotional response from citizens to get them to participate in or give money to federal government programs.
I'm curious what you guys think? There are a lot of other good points in this piece.
